Uduka: I knew Davidson when I was in the Celtics and he could make the right decisions on the field

"You can look at Davidson's performance in the past. I've been coaching him for a short while at the Celtics, so I know him very well. He took this opportunity well and made the most of the extra training time here." Uduka said. "Whether it's a good choice to score or make the right tactical judgment, his decisions are wise. As I said before, he's strong and able to break through the inside. He's athletic and his cutting without the ball is also very threatening."

"So, yes, Davidson performed very well. And he's not just He can play point guard, he is good enough to defend the No. 2 player, and he is competent for off-ball roles, and he also performs well when paired with other teammates. So far, he has performed really well."

Last season, Davidson played for the Celtics' G-League affiliate Maine Red Claws. He averaged 25.1 points per game (48.3% shooting percentage and 33.6% three-point shooting percentage), 7.6 assists, 5.3 rebounds and 1.5 steals, so he was elected as the 2024-25 NBA Development League MVP.
