On May 27, Real Madrid officially announced that Raul officially stepped down as head coach of Castia. Raul posted an open letter on social media to say goodbye to Real Madrid.
"Today I have informed Real Madrid that I have decided to end my coaching career at Real Madrid. During these seven seasons, I have fully enjoyed my great passion for football since I was a child, and I am sure that it has allowed me to grow as a coach and a person.
I am grateful to the club in my life for the opportunities that have been given me over the years, and I would also like to thank all the staff of this club and every Real Madrid person for their support and care to help me accomplish the most beautiful work in the sport. 1: Share the experience and knowledge I have gained with the youngest players and witness their growth as human beings and athletes.
I will pay pride to the success of every child I have coached, and they are also loved and grateful for everything I have given.
Now I will leave this club and start a new chapter in my coaching career, and I firmly believe that one day I will return to my eternal home.
Thank you, HalaMadrid! ”
