05, May 16th, a Spanish judge indicted Raul Asensio and three Real Madrid youth players Andres Garcia, Ferran Ruiz and Juan Rodriguez on charges of spreading child pornography videos.

Spanish media Effi reported that the judge made some clarifications on Asensio's part of the indictment.

Efe said that in the resolution obtained, the judge said: "There is no indication that Asensio was involved in the shooting, so he cannot be regarded as or temporarily regarded as a participant in terms of recording the video."

But despite this, Asensio was indicted on two counts: one was to show the video to a third party, suspected of leaking privacy; the other was to spread it even though he knew that a minor appeared in the video.

Efes also sorted out the incident: it took place on June 15, 2023 at the Amadores Beach Club in the south of Gran Canaña. Four players (ages between 20 and 21) met three women and spent part of their time together. The indictment states that when everyone was frolicking in the pool, one of the young women told the four defendants that she was only 16 years old, so everyone knew she was a minor.

The underage girl and another 18-year-old girl agreed to go to a private cottage at the club with Ferran Ruiz, Juan Rodriguez and Andres Garcia, where she had volunteered sexual intercourse. Meanwhile, Raul Asensio chose to stay outside and continue spending time in the pool with another girl.

Ferran Ruiz began filming the sexual process without the girls' consent, and the girls were unaware of it. Afterwards, he handed Juan Rodriguez the phone and asked him to continue shooting from another angle. At this time, the girls discovered the behavior, but were not sure if the video had been recorded.

Although these videos were deleted in front of the victims afterwards, in fact, the videos were transmitted to other people and groups through mobile phone software and stored on the recipient's mobile phone. The judge pointed out that due to the impact of these events, the underage girl suffered from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), accompanied by symptoms of anxiety and depression, which seriously affected her social and academic ability; another girl also developed similar post-traumatic stress response and anxiety and depression.
