I personally think that if these two deals are reached, the three teams will be losers:

1. After the Rockets sacrificed many young talents to get Durant and Giannis, the lineup depth will be gone, and the probability of winning is very small;

2. The Suns failed to recycle their first round picks, and the Rockets' first round value in 2031 is not very valuable;

3. Giannis's transaction value is too few to change to a first round pick, and the rebuilt team must Shen Jing + Green to lock in the space.
