September 30 Gossip media TMZ reported that details of the Mavericks player PJ-Washington and Brittany Renner's child support dispute were exposed.
According to the latest court documents obtained by TMZ, Washington was sentenced to pay Renner $5,500 a month for child support. The payment obligation is a consent order issued by the Mecklenburg County Court in North Carolina in November 2024, and Washington was also required to pay $130,000 in a lump sum to settle the accumulated child support before the consent order came into effect, as well as Renner's attorney fees.
The new information was revealed this month as Renner filed a notice in the Los Angeles County Court so that she could continue to receive child support in California even if the order took effect in North Carolina.
Renner's documents also show that Washington has no arrears, which means that Washington has been paying related fees on time. There were rumors that Washington's monthly support fee was as high as $200,000, and Renner clarified in an interview that he only received $2,500 for a month.
It is worth mentioning that the relationship between the two was not harmonious after the breakup. Earlier, the two were photographed having a fierce quarrel when they went to Renner's house to pick up their children in Washington.
