Mikel: Chelsea lacks leaders like Terry and Drogba, and the players are making mistakes

June 22: Chelsea legend Mikel accepted an interview with the media and commented on Chelsea's 1-3 loss to Flamenco.
Mickel said: "When it comes to leaders, they can control the game and motivate their teammates on the court, just like Terry and Drogba did at Chelsea before. They can call their teammates over and say to them, 'Listen, let's calm down.'"
