August 30th, TA Ace reporter Ornstein reported that Arsenal has reached an agreement with Inkapier to rent first and then buy Inkapier.
Arsenal has reached an agreement with Leverkusen to sign defender Inkapier. The deal is a one-season loan, including a buyout option with a total price of €52 million, plus a 10% second transfer share clause.
The 23-year-old Ecuador international has negotiated personal terms on a permanent transfer next summer, and will sign a five-year contract.
Inkapier is expected to travel from Germany to London this weekend, undergo a medical examination and complete a transfer, and join Arsenal.
InCapier's joining will allow Arsenal defender Kiviol to transfer to Porto, with the guaranteed amount of 25 million euros, which can rise to up to 27 million euros.
