Dresen: Bayern does need to sign, but too many people will hinder the development of young people

However, CEO Young Christian Dresen reached a consensus with sports director Max Eber before the Bundesliga champion's home game against RB Leipzig, believing that the team's offensive ability needs to be improved.

The CEO also stressed the importance of providing development opportunities for young players in Bayern Munich. A year ago, their lineup was "more powerful". However, now, offensive players Thomas Muller, Leroy Sane, Kingsley Koeman and Mattis Terr have all left Bayern Munich. In contrast, in terms of offensive signings, only Louis Dias has joined the team.

"Then some people say that talented players don't get the chance, so there's always something wrong," Dresen defended. "It's clear: we can only cultivate and promote them only by giving more talented young people. If there are only two or three or more players in each position, the situation will become more complicated and it will be difficult for them to get opportunities."
