Newcastle fans put banners: Great things cannot be achieved by one person, we are a city, we are Newcastle

August 26th August In the Premier League match between Newcastle and Liverpool at home, Magpies fans pulled out banners, showing a clear attitude of unity with the club.

Earlier during the transfer window, Newcastle rejected the £110 million offer made by Liverpool for Isaac and set a £150 million valuation for the 25-year-old.

Isaac then refused to participate in the team's training on the grounds that the club violated its promise of release, and therefore missed the roster of the first two league games of the new season. At the beginning of the game, Newcastle fans created a hostile but warm atmosphere by displaying banners. The banner reads: "A great cause cannot be achieved by one person. We are a city, all residents, and we are Newcastle United."

This move targets Liverpool's continued pursuit of Isaac and their actions to intercept Newcastle target Ekitic. Therefore, when Ekitic walked off the team bus before the game, he was booed with Liverpool teammates and coach Slott, and was later treated coldly on the court.

Newcastle coach Eddie Howe called on fans to create a warm atmosphere full of power before the game. 15 minutes before the game, home fans did respond with deafening sounds to motivate the team to control the game. Eddie Howe said: "Night games under the light are always special. I have no doubt that home supporters will show great enthusiasm. We need to make good use of this energy, but don't be blind. We must keep focusing on executing tactics, and it is crucial to use the energy of the audience."
