Real Madrid has reached an agreement with Ancelotti to leave this summer, but controversy over the incident is still endless, and many people have come forward to express their views. In an interview with the media, former Real Madrid meritorious coach Boske honestly talked about the glory Ancelotti brought to the Bernabeu and the prospect of Alonso leading the team.
"There are several aspects involved here. First of all, Ancelotti's career, his career is undoubtedly very brilliant, and the future will be difficult for anyone who takes over."
When it comes to Alonso's imminent takeover, Boske seemed not surprised. He recalled his time coaching Alonso and praised the new Real Madrid coach and Bootsques as the core of the Spanish national team's golden generation midfielder.
Boske also talked about how to coach at a giant club like Real Madrid. According to him, managing oneself and maintaining unity in the locker room is as important as tactics: "Ancelotti demonstrated both his football knowledge and his ability to keep the locker room balanced."
Speaking of the club's attitude towards Ancelotti, Boske chose not to criticize or praise, but simply replied: "I don't comment on this, and I think any of his responses are exemplary." This shows his respect for the calm and professional way of dealing with the Italians.
Finally, Boske compared the difference between coaching clubs and national teams, believing that working with clubs day after day often leads to more and more friction.
"Generally speaking, it is more likely to have conflicts that arise when staying with players every day in the club. In this regard, the national team is much better. Ultimately, this is related to the reputation of the coach. The coach needs to build credibility in front of the players, which is a key factor in promoting the atmosphere in the locker room."
