Romano: Ipswich offers Mexico-American central defender Cáceres, no agreement has been reached

August 22 According to well-known reporter Romano, Ipswich officially quoted Mexico and America's 26-year-old central defender Cáceres.
Romano revealed that Ipswich is interested in Uruguayan central defender Cáceres, who plays for Mexico America, and has submitted a formal offer to Mexico America.
The two sides have not reached an agreement yet and negotiations are still in progress. Mexico and America had previously rejected Moscow Sparta's offer to Cáceres.
