June 7th, Pelicans Basketball Operations President Joe Dumas accepted an interview with reporters, in which he talked about the team's goals.
Dumas said: "We want to win. We must not only become a strong team in the NBA, but also a first-class organization. Victory is important, but the key is the professionalism of daily operations - how to work, how to deal with people, every detail in the arena. I hope people will say 'they do things in a well-organized manner' when evaluating the Pelicans. This requires practice day after day to let everyone see our direction. The so-called culture is the temperament you can feel when you walk into the arena.
