May 15th RMC Sports reported that Paris FC, the newly promoted Ligue 1 team next season, is forming a competitive lineup for the new season.

The newly promoted Paris FC plans to form a competitive lineup for the first French Ligue 1 season in the team's history, but will remain restrained. It is reported that the Arnault family wants to ensure the sustainable development of the club in the top league. They will prepare a transfer budget of 80 million to 100 million euros, with the goal of achieving comfortable relegation, that is, to strive for a league ranking of 8 to 12.

Paris FC keeps a low profile about the signing target, but it is understood that preliminary contacts have been made with Ausselle's Geitan Perrin and Saint-Etienne's Lucas Stassin and others. The club reportedly prioritizes French-speaking players with Ligue 1 experience.

It is expected that Paris FC will complete 5-6 signings before the start of pre-season training in early July, and will introduce another 2-3 players by the end of August. RMC Sport revealed that the club is chasing an experienced iconic figure, either a defensive midfielder or a core central defender who can represent the Paris FC's new project. Minority shareholder Red Bull Group is also assisting sports management with its scout database and recruitment network.
