After the loan period in Milan, Kyle Walker has been negotiating with Everton's senior management. At the club level, Manchester City and Everton are negotiating whether to rent or permanent transfer. Walker's contract with Manchester City will expire next summer. If he is loaned out for one season, he will become a free agent next summer.
