According to multiple media reports, Nottingham Forest has reached an agreement with Manchester City on James McCarthy's transfer, with the maximum transfer fee reaching £30 million.
The 22-year-old midfielder was from Manchester City's youth training and successfully defended the European Youth Championship with England's U21 team this summer. It is reported that the agreement between the two clubs includes the second transfer share and repurchase terms.
