World: Barcelona achieves 1:1 and it is important for Ormo, because his temporary registration may be revoked

August 25, "World Sports" reported that Barcelona's implementation of 1:1 rules is also important for Olmo's registration.

Barcelona is still struggling to achieve the 1:1 fiscal fairness rule in La Liga, which will allow the team to register pending players, and reaching this rule is equally critical to Olmo's near-term prospects.

The World Sports reported that Barcelona did not have to re-register Olmo initially because the resolution of the Spanish Sports High Council (CSD) remains in effect on April 3, which accepted an appeal filed by the club in early January, allowing Olmo to complete last season's match and participate in the first two rounds of the season's league.

But due to the pending ruling of the State Court, everything may change from September 1. At that time, the court transferred the case to the national court on the grounds of "no jurisdiction" because the CSD resolution was signed by Sports Secretary of State and CSD Chairman Jose Manuel Rodriguez Urivez.

Given that August is a judicial leave period (only handling emergency matters), the State Court will not make any ruling by August 31. But after the judicial year restarted on September 1, the situation will completely change.

The ideal situation is that Barcelona will reach a 1:1 rule on the last day of the transfer window (September 1), which will allow the club to cancel the current registration and re-complete the registration. Otherwise, the club and the players will face huge risks.

If the judgment is in favor of Barcelona, Olmo may continue to register under the current temporary terms. If La Liga wins, Ormo will face two complex situations. If the ruling is released on September 1, Barcelona must create a miracle and re-register the player before 23:59 that night. If an adverse judgment is made after September 3 and the temporary measures are invalid, Ormo will be cancelled and will not be re-registered until the winter window.
